Triple Me Mac Equine Sanctuary

Triple Me Mac Equine Sanctuary is a registered 501(c)3 charitable organization committed to the protection and welfare of horses (and the occasional goat). The sanctuary was officially founded in 2009 after over 30 years of personal involvement in dog, cat, and equine rescue efforts by our founder, Dixie Neeley. Through our all-volunteer, no-kill approach, we have rescued and provided sanctuary to more than 300 horses and donkeys. We are part of a strong network of independent horse rescue organizations that maintain a strong commitment to be at the forefront of rescue operations as well as efforts to end the abuse of these magnificent animals, whether it be medical abuse, slaughter, or neglect. We also work diligently to educate the public about proper equine care, responsible ownership, and the cruelty of slaughter.

During The Big Give SA, every $25+ donation will receive, as a thank you, one of our hand-painted horse head Christmas tree ornaments, all made by our volunteers. These beautiful ornaments are truly one-of-a-kind! Here are just a few of our creations:

Triple Me Mac Equine Sanctuary is a 501c3 nonprofit, all volunteer equine rescue and sanctuary dedicated to helping equines of all breeds to live out their lives in dignity and safety.

We work with other equine rescues, law enforcement, animal control, auctions and owners in need of help.
