The Pittsburgh Cultural Trust

A nonprofit organization

The Pittsburgh Cultural Trust will lead the way in uniting public and private interests in pursuit of mutually supportive cultural and economic development objectives, with emphasis on the creation and fostering of a downtown Cultural District serving the Pittsburgh region, and on providing a home for a broad range of regional performance groups as well as its resident companies.

Culture does more than enhance our lives, it transforms our region in powerful ways.

Today, with Downtown Pittsburgh's Cultural District in the hands of the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust, we trust culture to help grow our local economy. We trust it to educate us, enlighten us, enrich our businesses, bring new and better jobs to this region, attract capital and people, and spur residential vibrancy in Downtown Pittsburgh and beyond. For more than three decades, we've trusted culture to do all these things and more.

With your support, you continue to trust the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust to drive the momentum.
