Tyler Community Band

The purpose of the organization is to provide musicians of any age the opportunity to perform some of the finest band literature available; to serve East Texas communities by bringing family oriented performing art into the community; and to provide a high quality musical and educational experience that is both accessible and of minimal cost to the public.

We perform at various churches and assisted living facilities in order to bring joy, enhance the Christmas and Patriotic spirit, and just generally give the gift of music to both our musicians and the general public. We play 4 concerts per year and reach approximately 1000 people per year. We would like to be able to perform in larger venues to reach even more.
