United Community Health Center is a premier Federally Qualified Health Center dedicated to delivering the highest quality care to the people and communities we serve. UCHC was established in 1983 through a partnership with local communities and government leaders and received Federally Qualified Status in 1984. All clinic locations are NCQA PCMH certified and serve all patients regardless of their ability to pay for services rendered.
