United Community Health Center is a Federally Qualified Health Center serving as a medical home for the people of Southern Arizona. We provide comprehensive primary and preventive care to everyone regardless of insurance status or ability to pay. With multiple convenient locations, UCHC expands access to high-quality, compassionate care while helping meet the health care needs of our communities. As a community health center, we are committed to serving working families, the uninsured, the medically underserved, and other vulnerable populations while ensuring quality health care is accessible to all.

We didn't start with a building or a budget. We started with people — neighbors who refused to let their communities go without care. From community organizers in Sahuarita, to residents rallying in Arivaca, to a single-wide trailer in Three Points — UCHC has always been built by, and for, the people we serve. Founded in 1983 through the University of Arizona's Rural Health Office, we became an independent organization in 1986 and have been growing ever since. Today, with multiple convenient locations, mobile dental services, and a Training and Education Center, UCHC offers whole-person care — medical, dental, and behavioral health — for patients of all ages across Green Valley, Sahuarita, Amado, Arivaca, Three Points, Vail, and beyond
