OUR WIDE RANGE OF ACTIVITIES

We train healers and offer a healing place
As well as training spiritual healers to relieve suffering in this world, we maintain two small home temples, open to anyone from any religious/spiritual path, belief, or none.

(We are located in both Santa Cruz, CA, and Los Angeles, CA.)

The profound teachings at UCBK come from ancient Vedic knowledge of India, reintroduced to the world through miracle healing saint, Sri Kaleshwar, and the divine lineage of holy souls he represents.

We share these teachings in a sacred atmosphere, empowering people so they can then help others.

"Super Big Thanks for your amazing healing with my daughter yesterday! You took her into worlds of positive change that couldn't have been gained from 100 hours of therapy.
Truly amazing - I can't thank you enough!"
- Dr. Michael Koplen, Santa Cruz, CA

We Do Community Service
We are dedicated to serving our local community; helping the homeless/needy, and veterans.

Free weekly lunch for the homeless
We ran a Free Lunch Friday program, providing nourishing meals to those in need every Friday from November 2009 until mid-2014. During those five years, UCBK's stalwart volunteers prepared/served thousands of lunches.

For this heartful effort, UCBK was named "Church Of The Year" in 2011, by Valley Churches United Mission (local food bank), plus received citations from the City of Santa Cruz, CA State Senate/Legislature, and Representative in Congress.

We Work With Veterans
Since early 2012, we've been helping local vets heal from PTSD & its debilitating symptoms (depression, anger, heartbreak, fear, anxiety, nightmares, physical ailments, stress, & relationship problems). The ancient healing techniques available at UCBK have created immense relief for many veterans.

"The meditation and decharge techniques Jonathan Rosen taught me did have an effect on my PTSD secondary to trauma in Vietnam. I was in Vietnam 1968-69 with the 3rd Medical Battalion, 3rd Marine Division and in the field with Battalion 1/9, known as 'The Walking Dead'.
My sleep has improved. If I have problems sleeping, doing meditation does help me to go to sleep 90% of the time. The number of nightmares I have is reduced significantly.
I find that re-experiencing the traumatic events from Vietnam has significantly less emotional impact.

I find that meditation does relieve stress and anxiety.  This meditation and decharge technique can be done anywhere, anytime. It does not require medication, another person or a special setting.

In summary, I can state that I found the meditation and decharge techniques that Jonathan Rosen taught me are effective and a positive addition to my life."

Retired Psychiatrist

Serving Our Community
Jonathan D. Rosen has been President Pro-tem of the Veterans' Advisory Council (Santa Cruz). He serves on the leadership team of the local Smart Solutions For Homelessness Project.
A proud member of The Twilight Brigade, UCBK hosted this training in 2012, certifying members to provide hospice care, especially but not exclusively for veterans.

Regular Healing Events
In both Los Angeles and Santa Cruz, UCBK hosts powerful healing fire ceremonies (homas) at least twice a month, open to the public, creating healing and relief from the stresses of daily life through prayer and the blessing of a holy fire.

Looking Ahead: Our Future Of Service & Healing
We're confident the future will bring more opportunities through which we can help many more people we haven't yet met.

We are always grateful for your help to continue our healing mission and community service...!

In blessing,
Alx Uttermann and Jonathan D. Rosen
