Did you know, that one in six children between the ages of 3 to 17 have one or two disabilities? At United Cerebral Palsy of the Inland Empire (UCPIE) we are more than just our name. 65% of children served by UCPIE have a disability other than cerebral palsy. In fact, 55% of children served by UCPIE are diagnosed with Autism. What does this mean? It means that the tasks and every day joys that you and I take for granted are a challenge for our UCP kids. Being included in regular settings is important for children that have special needs. Is it possible? Absolutely! UCPIE believes that Children with special needs should Live a Life Without Limits. UCPIE provides the support and care children with disabilities need to experience life, and joy like their typical peers.

Roger started with UCPIE when he was 10 years old. He is now a young man of 22. UCPIE has seen Roger flourish into an independent, adventure seeking individual. Roger can ride horses, participates in the Tour de Palm Springs, and is a long time athlete of California State San Bernardino, Disability Sports Festival. He is just one young man that shows us every day that with determination anything is possible.

Help us raise money to serve children like Roger. Help us assist every child with special needs Live a Life Without Limits. Please donate and share our story. Give and Share.
