United Cerebral Palsy of Nebraska

Your gift to United Cerebral Palsy of Nebraska on Giving Tuesday will provide an adapted toy or tool that hundreds of people with disabilities, their families and the professionals that work with them can use.  These toys, devices and switches are designed to be engaging and useable by people with a variety of disabilities who may not be able to play with or manipulate off the shelf toys or devices like radios.  On average, our toys or tools and a switch to operate them cost $75 or more, limiting how many a family can purchase on their own.  

Tech Tools Lending Library offers access to adapted tools and devices at seven different locations throughout Nebraska.  These libraries are available at no charge to individuals of all ages with disabilities and professionals. 

United Cerebral Palsy of Nebraska is dedicated to creating opportunities and promoting a community where everyone belongs.  Through our programs, we strive to make lasting differences in the lives of children and adults with special needs and their families.  In fact, more than 65% of people served by our programs have a disability other than cerebral palsy.
