United Way of Rusk County

"To support and serve the agencies of Rusk County by increasing the community's understanding of human needs and to mobilize resources to meet those needs."

The United Way of Rusk County supports 25 non profit agencies that operate in and support the residents of Rusk County. Some of the agencies that receive support are: The Henderson Food Pantry, Meals on Wheels, Crossroads Family Care, Boys and Girls Club of Rusk County, Texas Ramp Project, Rusk County Child Welfare Board, Rusk County 4-H, East Texas Treatment Center, East Texas Child Advocates and the Rusk-Panola Child Advocacy Center to name a few.

We are a local United Way and have been operating in Rusk County since the 1980's. All supported non profits must be a 501 c3 agency and operate in Rusk County. All of the money raised by the United Way of Rusk County stays in Rusk County!
