Chattahoochee Riverkeeper is an environmental advocacy organization dedicated solely to protecting and restoring the Chattahoochee River Basin.
Established in 1994, we employ a variety of strategies to protect and preserve the Chattahoochee River, its lakes and watershed. Our work includes water monitoring, education, research, advocacy, communication, collaboration, legal action, and more.
The Chattahoochee River watershed continues to experience unprecedented population growth. With the continued threats our river faces, your support is now more important than ever. The need for advocacy, education, and protection of our water source heightens every day.
For 14 consecutive years, Chattahoochee Riverkeeper has been voted as a four-star charity by Charity Navigator.
Please support Chattahoochee Riverkeeper with a gift this Giving Tuesday. Together we can protect and restore Georgia’s Chattahoochee River, its tributaries, and watershed, both now and for future generations.
