The Urban League has served the region’s underserved populations since 1948. The Urban League of Greater Southwestern Ohio is recognized as the oldest and largest community-based organization devoted to empowering African American individuals and families. Our mission is to transform generations by promoting personal empowerment and economic self-sufficiency.
The Urban League of Greater Southwestern Ohio (ULGSO) is comprised of two divisions: Greater Cincinnati Urban League and the Miami Valley Urban League. Together we serve 12 counties from Northern Kentucky to Dayton.
