As we approach the end of the year, we celebrate our significant wins from this year, yet remain cognizant of the resources and tools needed to support the growth and sustainability of Black-owned businesses. Your donation helps us further our mission, and is a direct contribution to programming and advocacy designed to increase the number of Black-owned businesses.
Your tax deductible donation is a direct contribution to the continuation of resources we provide under our 5 pillars:
1.) Advocacy- The USBC fights for legislation that supports the growth of Black-owned businesses.
2.) Access to Capital- Business funding remains the most important factor limiting the establishment, expansion and growth of Black-owned businesses. Our current Bank-Black Credit Card Initiative is helping Black entrepreneurs secure a favorable low-interest line of credit from a Black-owned bank.
3.) Contracting- We contribute to leveling the playing field by helping Black contractors gain access to business opportunities in the private and public sectors.
4.) Entrepreneur Training- We are committed to helping Black business owners achieve business success through entrepreneurial and business management training.
5.) Chamber Development- We help cultivate African American Chambers of Commerce throughout the nation through our hands on approach to helping Black chambers become established and sustainable.
With your helpful donation, we look forward to a highly successful 2019 focusing on increasing the number of Black-owned businesses and helping to sustain existing Black-owned businesses.
