Utah Dance Education Organization

For over 15 years the Utah Dance Education Organization has supported dance educators and dance education across the state of Utah. By providing workshops, planning festivals and partnering with other local arts organizations UDEO has sponsored and co-sponsored hundreds of dance experiences for a variety of communities across the state. UDEO is responsible for the Utah High School Dance Festival, the Jr. High Day of Dance, the Utah Dance Festival, Rocky Mountain Choreography Festival, daCi Utah Day of Dance, and the annual UDEO Fall Workshop among others. By bringing the best dance educators, choreographers and performers from our state and others to work and collaborate with its members UDEO serves over 600 dance educators in the public, private and higher education sectors of dance education. Utah is known for offering some of the best dance education in the country and UDEO, a non-profit organization, run by an unpaid volunteer board, has been instrumental in creating and maintaining that reputation across the nation.
