Established in 1970,Valley is Genesee County's only independent, college preparatory school, offering challenging PreK - 12 academics, small classes with individualized instruction, extensive fine arts, cultural and religious diversity, and an athletic program where all students may participate.

A Valley education means different things to different families.

• To some it means an environment free of bullying and the stress that accompanies many students in a larger school environment.

• To others it's an opportunity to be challenged academically. Throughout its 43 year history, Valley consistently prepares its students for some of the most rigorous college programs across the country. As an example, not one but two of our 2011 graduating seniors were National Merit and National Achievement finalists (top 1% nationally).

• To all of our students and alumni, Valley was and is a place to be yourself--to become the unique person you are supposed to be--a respectful, thoughtful, and open-minded citizen of the world.

Valley is not affiliated with, nor does it prescribe to any religious organization. Therefore, it does not receive any supplemental operational funding. Additionally, 75% of Valley students receive financial aid scholarship.

Help Valley achieve our vision for the future:

1. Your investment would be used toward Technology and Innovative Learning Methodologies, allowing Valley to not only compete but lead our educational peers in preparing students for the world of today and tomorrow.

2. Your investment would be used toward Scholarship, to ensure that every student who ‘demonstrates curiosity, character, vitality, and the potential to succeed’, will have an opportunity for a Valley education.

3. Your investment would be used toward establishing Valley's foundation, ensuring that we secure a permanent facility that will be home to students and staff for many years to come.
