Vancouver Master Chorale

We are the Vancouver Master Chorale, a remarkable mixed-voice, volunteer choir that unites individuals from diverse backgrounds, ranging in age from early 20s to late 80s. Our choir's inclusivity and diversity are what make us truly special. Over the course of our 75-year history, we have made a lasting impact by offering a wide array of choral performances, captivating audiences both locally and around the world. 

One of our most notable achievements is our extensive international touring experience, with performances in eight different countries. We developed a prestigious scholarship audition for local young singers and frequently include high school choir members in our performances. This demonstrates our dedication to sharing our art with a global audience and our commitment to spreading the joy of music. 

The Vancouver Master Chorale continues to enrich the lives of both our audiences and performers, perpetuating a tradition of excellence in choral music that has spanned seven and a half decades. Our repertoire has included performances with orchestra of Requiems by Verdi, Brahms, Rutter and Mozart, and Handel's Messiah. Our cabaret and holiday concerts featured our talented singers in contemporary pieces, jazz, rock, and even a Broadway Show - The Music Man.
