🎉 Build with VAYLA this #GivingTuesday!

VAYLA is committed to our mission of incubating young AAPI leaders through our internship program. We seek to decolonize our work by offering paid internship opportunities that center AAPI experiences and perspectives while developing leadership skills. Young AAPI people are not often given the space to experiment and fail. By supporting our work, VAYLA can expand our internship program with opportunities and pathways for young AAPI leaders to build, organize, and lead while building movement and community.

Your support uplifts VAYLA’s community-building efforts through conversations and storytelling and will create opportunities for young AAPI leaders to develop their existing skills and passion by fostering opportunities for leadership and community engagement.

Check out VAYLA's very first Ginger Roots zine!

We celebrate the passion and effort our VAYLA interns poured into this project, and honor the time they dedicated to create an amazing zine all while being students.

We are so grateful for your continued support of young AAPI leaders at VAYLA!

Ginger Roots: The Beginning

Have a cup of Cha in community!

With VAYLA's Cha & Chat series, we seek to encourage conversation around what it can look like to foster and support the AAPI community in the Gulf South. We look forward to continuing the conversation at our meetup next month!

Be sure to follow us on social media: Facebook Instagram Twitter  Linkedin and sign up for our newsletter to stay updated on future events and meetups!

This work would not be possible without the support of our greater New Orleans community.

Contributing to VAYLA for #GivingTuesday means supporting community-building! ✊
