Our loftier goal of adding more services has been replaced by one basic one: We need to fundraise so we don’t have to increase our fees.

• Our costs keep going up. For example, some anesthetic drugs have doubled in cost.
• I am sure we don’t need to tell you about gas prices. Many of our clients live far from our clinic so the cost in gas just to get to us is equivalent to a price increase.
• Many of our clients no longer receive subsidies they got during the pandemic and are really struggling.
• There are many global, national, and local issues we cannot fix, but we can help Vermonters get their pets fixed!
