Veterans Navigation Center

We are here to help Veterans, First Responders and their Families transition from active duty to being stable and healthy members of the society they have served so nobly.

Many Veterans will tell you they don't have the necessary resources to transition from active duty to civilian life successfully. The Veterans Navigation Center connects Veterans to expert case managers familiar with the complex landscape of Veteran benefits who assist in obtaining resources.

A case manager helps set goals and create a plan to access the support that's needed. We refer Vets to the many partners in our support system, and follow up to make sure they're successfully receiving the support they need.
