VETS - Beyond The Uniform Foundation

VETS - Beyond The Uniform dedicates its efforts to supporting our San Diego County community by helping to reduce the high number of unemployed veterans and military spouses through our interactive coaching, mentoring, and training services. With our trained counselors, and over 200+ no-cost workshops, we strive to empower these individuals as they embark on their civilian journeys.

We recognize the importance of serving our local community and working to make a positive impact. That's why we are thrilled to announce our partnership with San Diego Gives, a movement of giving throughout San Diego that showcases our dedication to our mission to support those who have served our country.

With your contribution, we can continue our vital work, which includes:

• Providing no-cost comprehensive skills assessment, coaching & mentoring, and training services for military veterans & their spouses, equipping them with the necessary skills and resources to thrive in their civilian careers.
• With over 200+ workshops we are able to design specialized training programs to enhance the professional development of veterans and military spouses, ensuring they have the necessary qualifications for success.
• Working closely with local businesses and organizations to identify employment opportunities and foster a supportive network for veterans and military spouses.
• Providing assistance in finding meaningful employment opportunities and establishing fulfilling careers within our community.
• Facilitating community outreach programs to raise awareness about the unique challenges faced by veterans and military spouses during their transition, while also promoting their strengths and contributions.
