At Victory Women of Vision (VWV), we don’t just serve the community — we are the community.

We are mothers, daughters, leaders, and survivors. We are New Americans who understand firsthand the challenges of starting over in a new country. And every day, we stand on the frontlines to ensure that immigrant and refugee families in New Hampshire don’t just survive — they thrive.

We’re the only Ethnic Community-Based Organization (ECBO) in Manchester led by an African woman, and our mission is simple but powerful:

💛 Hope for Elders: Many of our senior immigrants face isolation and poverty. With your help, they gain access to employment, social connection, and wellness programs like Tai Chi and cultural knitting circles that rebuild identity and community.

💛 A Lifeline for Survivors: In cultures where silence is the norm, our team boldly breaks stigmas around sexual assault and domestic violence. Through education, advocacy, and one-on-one support, we help survivors find their voice — and their freedom.

💛 A Future for Our Youth: From after-school leadership mentoring to social-emotional support in middle schools, we nurture the next generation of New American leaders — with mentors who look like them and speak their language.

💛 Support When It’s Needed Most: From rent assistance to food access, our caseworkers have been a vital bridge for families hit hardest by crisis — because we’ve been there ourselves, and our community trusts us.
