Victory Health Partners (VHP) was opened in January 2003 under the direction of Dr. Robert D. Lightfoot to provide quality affordable healthcare to hard working uninsured adults.  Our patients do not qualify for government assisted insurance and cannot bear the expense of private health insurance.  Being uninsured means these individuals constantly face choosing between providing for their family or maintaining their health.  As a VHP patient, the uninsured are allowed to take control of their health once again.

VHP offers the follow clinics: primary medical care, dental, women’s wellness, eye care, neurology, wound care, pulmonary, minor surgical procedures, sleep apnea and diabetes education.  Lab work is provided at cost.  PAP smears, mammograms and colon screenings are free.  In 2011, the Dispensary administered over $4.5 million in prescription drugs to its patients for free.

There are over 11,500 patients of record and counting!  With so many individuals in need, it takes more than VHP’s tiny staff of 12 to run the clinic.  In fact, 65-70 volunteers assist the staff each week in the clinic. In addition, a network of over 150 physicians and dentists donate their services in their offices to our patients at little or no cost to the patient.

Thanks to generous community partners, for every $1 donated we are able to provide over $20 worth of healthcare services.
