Dear Patron:

We began our Yellow Brick Road campaign in 2016, with a fundraising goal of $250,000.

We need your help, to pay for this prioritized list of major building renovations:

• $110,000 - Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning
• $10,000 - Roof Repair
• $7,000 - Building Electrical Update and Repair
• $15,000 - Building Exterior, Trim, Paint and Windows
• $15,000 - Plumbing/Bathrooms
• $15,000 - Black Box Upgrades
• $13,000 - Lobby/Concessions/Box Office
• $15,000 - Main Theater House Improvements (Lighting, Carpet, Seating)
• $50,000 - 50 Years of Funded Preventative Maintenance
• $250,000 = TOTAL

Note that Razoo charges Villagers Fees to cover their expenses to run Razoo. These fees are subtracted from what Villagers receives as your donation. However at the Razoo checkout, you can check-mark a box for "Donation Booster" to cover the fees associated with your donation, which means you would be offering to also pay these fees. Please consider check-marking that box.

Our existing income will not cover major renovation costs such as these.

Both Razoo Foundation and Villagers Theatre are 501(c)3 non-profit and Villagers is also a NJ charitable organization - thus your donations are tax exempt.
