Vip Education Fund

The mission of the VIP Education Fund is to enable citizens from different ethnic, religious, cultural and economic backgrounds to work on projects of common interest to improve their communities.  The Fund promotes effective leadership development in Maricopa County, especially participation in public forums, civic organizations, and training sessions.  The Fund focuses on relationship building, developing organizational capacity, implementing development strategies, conducting research and collective problem solving. 

In 2012, VIP Education Fund leaders conducted over 20 civic academies in congregations and schools, teaching about the state’s budget and economy and its impacts on education, health care, immigration, and housing.
