Virginia Capitol Foundation

The Virginia Capitol Foundation is the independent, non-profit, non-partisan, tax-exempt, 501(c)(3) organization supporting the ongoing restoration, preservation, and interpretation of the Virginia Capitol, Capitol Square, and Executive Mansion.

The Virginia Capitol is the front door of the Commonwealth and a living monument to democracy. Through outreach efforts, educational programs and advocacy, the Virginia Capitol Foundation will disseminate Virginia history to inspire current and future generations to public involvement and service and to positively impact our region, both culturally and economically.
