VISITATION CATHOLIC SCHOOL dba VISITATION CATHOLIC STEM ACADEMY

Visitation is a Pre-Kindergarten through 8th Grade Catholic School that has been a mainstay of the Tacoma, WA community since 1925. We have begun the process of integrating into our curriculum a focus on science, technology, engineering and math (STEM). The physical hub of this curriculum is a state-of-the-art STEM lab. Students will gain 21st century skills and knowledge within a safe, diverse, faith-filled environment that develops each child's character, confidence, self-worth and moral compass. We are the first elementary school in our area to begin such a program, and the first in the Archdiocese of Seattle to adopt such a curriculum. 

Visitation has a long tradition of providing tuition assistance to families in need. Our belief is that no child should be denied a Catholic school education due to lack of ability to pay.
