Volunteer Attorneys for Rural Nevadans

We are very proud of the work we do to assist Nevada's rural communities with their legal needs. VARN's Domestic Violence Victim Assistance Project provides free civil legal services to victims of domestic violence regardless of income level. VARN's Pro Bono Project provides free legal services to residents of rural Nevada in civil matters such as divorce, custody, guardianship, bankruptcy, and will & probate. VARN's Domestic Violence Rural Immigrant Integration Project provides immigrant victims of domestic violence with legal assistance in matters such as VAWA self-petitions and U-Visas. Finally, VARN's Lawyer in the Lobby program provides residents of rural Nevada with brief one-on-one consultations with an attorney.
