Whitehouse ISD Education Foundation

Our mission is to connect our community to support, promote, and inspire educators by funding imaginative and creative opportunities in Whitehouse ISD.

Whitehouse ISD Education Foundation (WISDEF) is a bridge between the private resources of the community and the needs of the classroom. We fund creative educational programs and projects through fundraising to award grants to employees of Whitehouse ISD. Our vision is an engaged community where inspired educators and exceptional opportunities are available to all students.

Over the last 11 years, WISDEF has funded over $1,000,000 in initiatives for all campuses and all grades from a wide range of academic areas including math, science, history, reading, technology, life skills, and fine arts. We have also funded grants outside of academics for projects including leadership development, personal health/wellness, and city planning/management.
