Waltham Partnership for Youth Inc

Our mission: Collaborating with youth, families, and partner organizations to address long-standing systemic inequities while building a community of belonging and opportunity for Waltham youth. 

Our vision: We envision a world where young people have the skills, resources, and opportunities to participate fully in their communities and create their own paths to success and well-being. 

At Waltham Partnership for Youth, we address the opportunity gap for young people in Waltham by connecting them to the fantastic resources in our community. We foster a sense of belonging that enables youth to thrive.

We work with community partners to serve more than 600 Waltham students each year. We do this via two main initiatives:

• Career Exploration & Training, which connects students with meaningful paid internships and other professional development opportunities

• Wraparound Waltham, which leverages in-school and out-of-school services for Spanish-speaking newcomer students and families.
