Washington Street United Methodist Preschool

Imagine how much our preschool children enjoy a youth orchestra concert; a story book coming to life with the help of a live violin accompanist; a visit from a local farm favorite, Gwendolyn the sheep; and award-winning performing arts programs from Arts of the Horizon children's theater company, and did we mention experiencing the hatching of chicken and duck eggs?! All of these enrichment programs happen right here, at Washington Street Preschool!

At Washington Street Preschool, we rely on fundraising efforts and the generous support of our preschool families and the greater community to fund small areas in our budget.

We are proud to offer a variety of enrichment opportunities programs, such as our Science Seed program, and our much loved, springtime Hatch-a-Chick unit; all vital elements to the high quality early childhood experience we strive to offer at Washington Street Preschool.

There are countless, outstanding early childhood enrichment programs that we are fortunate to enjoy in our community. We hope to continue to offer such programs and expand our choices and with your generous support, we can!
