World Cafe Live is an independent music venue where artistry and social impact meet. Our community and free music education programs promote creativity, collaboration, and learning.  As a non-profit organization, World Cafe Live is dependent on revenue from concert tickets, restaurant dining, and special events. Since being shuttered in March 2020, we have lost nearly 100% of that revenue.

We are doing everything we can to fill the void and stay connected with virtual programs, curbside dining options, and advocacy efforts. This spring, our Founder & CEO Hal Real co-founded NIVA, which is working to preserve and nurture the ecosystem of independent music venues across the country. Because as our world rebuilds, we know that music will play a vital role in the way our community comes together to heal. We need your support now to ensure that we survive to help support that recovery in Philadelphia.
