We Helping Us, Inc. Affordable Housing Land Trust is a 501(c)(3) non profit organization, designated by Internal Revenue Service (IRS), and is based in Prince George's County of the State of Maryland. This trust is dedicated to homelessness prevention, community development, unemployment mitigation, and to the provision of necessary education and training to members and children of Low Income Families for enhancing their employability.
As CEO of We Helping Us, Affordable Housing Land Trust, I, Patricia Jones, solemnly state, "The mission of this trust is to provide support, structure, and educational classes for these individuals in order to make their dreams of owning a home become a reality. Our main goal is to rebuild deteriorated neighborhoods especially in the rural areas in order to make them safe for all with a focus on the underprivileged families, the disabled, the elderly, also retiree's, as well as immigrants and refugees with childcare area, play room, movie room, and workout room."
Along with the housing project of affordable homes, we have planned to establish a community center with workshop rooms to train those unfortunate youngsters who could not afford to go to college, They need some place to live in and to learn some set of skills to be able to find work or job and be a beaming part of the mainstream, Through the Community Center, we envisage to import training in janitorial, landscaping, childcare, and community services.
