For the fourth straight year, the PTA is organizing a school-wide fundraiser for Whittier Elementary. We are raising money to support our teachers and staff, fund extra-curricular programming and ensure school-wide field trips. Please join us!

About Teacher & Staff Support: The teachers and staff at Whittier Elemenatry work hard to teach our children. Help us raise money to show them our appreciation. Your donations will help cover the costs of twice-annual dinners during SEPs for all teachers and staff and other events throughout the year.

About Extra-curricular Programs: An abundance of research suggests that music, art and athletics boosts student academic performance, improves attendance and minimizes disruptive behavior. Please donate generously to ensure funding to maintain these programs. Your donations will help fund the YEF music program, buy art supplies, and support our after-school running club.

About Fieldtrip Transportation: Whittier Elemntary's fieldtrip transportation budget has been depleted. Due to lack of funding, future filedtrips are in jeopardy. Experiential learning - attending a concert, going to a museum, or playing in the park- is just as important as what is taught inside the classroom. Donations will go towards transportation costs.
