Wellspring Community Support Services, Inc. is a small organization serving Tioga County Pennsylvania that gives support to individuals with a mental health diagnosis. 

Our Mission: To invite and encourage individuals to with mental health diagnoses to identify their personal recovery goals and to support them as they develop the necessary skills to claim and maintain their recovery using a whole health approach that includes the social, educational, vocational living, and health and wellness domains.

Our Programs include Peer Support Services, Psychiatric Rehabilitation - Mobile & Group, Health Home, Social Rehabilitation, Social Rehabilitation Mobile & Drop In.

Our agency has been in operation for over 15 years.  We also operate a drop-in center where individuals with a mental illness can come in from the cold, get a warm meal, have someone to talk to, use a computer and/or just feel connected to another individual.  Our Social Rehabilitation program dives individuals the opportunity to improve their social skills and practice those skills in the community.

Our Programs are designed to enhance one's quality of life.
