WestCoast Children's Clinic

WestCoast Children’s Clinic is a private, non-profit, community psychology clinic serving some of the most disenfranchised, vulnerable children in the Bay Area. Funds raised help pay for treatment and supplies for children who have no insurance or other means to pay.  Of the 2,000 clients we serve annually, 98% have incomes at or below the federal poverty level, and almost 70% live in foster care. 

WestCoast is committed to developing specialized treatment that is responsive to problems and patterns that surface among the youth we serve.  Our services include: reducing the trauma children experience when entering the foster care system, helping former foster youth break down barriers that otherwise might lead them to homelessness or incarceration, and helping children safely break away from the life of commercial sexual exploitation.
