At a time when our region's workforce demands are growing, WNC has developed innovative solutions like Jumpstart, a dual-enrollment program creating a path of success for high school students and the Applied Industrial Technology program which directly addresses the industrial workfore challenges in our region.  

WNC has developed a Veteran's Resource Center to support our veteran's as they transition from military life to academic demands.  WNC has unique community assets like the Jack C. Davis Observatory and the nursing program which helps to staff our community's hospital.
