We Support Recovery is a nonprofit Recovery Community Organization in NW Wisconsin serving Polk, Barron and St. Croix counties.

We need your help to continue supporting friends, family, and neighbors struggling with addiction and entering recovery. We offer our FREE recovery coaching, distribute life-saving Narcan to reverse overdose, and host monthly sober events. So far this year, our SOBER bowl party had 85 attendees, 130 adults (including 65 kids!) registered for our Trollhaugen Tubing event, and 25 attended the Recovery Ice Fishing contest in January. Building a strong recovery community keeps people strong in recovery! 

Your donation allows us to continue hosting fun, family-friendly events such as: 

• June 8 - Family FUN Day at Dizzy Jay Farm - Amery
• August 2 - Recovery on the River - Canoe/Kayak on the St. Croix
• October 27 - OkSOBERfest 2025 - St. Croix Fairgrounds

Exciting New Event in 2024!: We Support Recovery hosted our 1st annual St. Croix Valley OkSOBERfest on September 28, 2024 at Polk County Fairgrounds to provide a healthy, fun, alcohol-free festival for people in recovery, families, and recovery supporters. We featured speakers, recovery comics, great music, food trucks and a bouncy house village! This year we will host our 2nd annual OkSOBERfest on Oct. 27! 

Prevention & Harm Reduction: We give out Deterra bags to safely dispose of unused stimulant and opioid medications, and we provide Narcan and training for opioid overdose reversal. We help you save lives!

Collaboration: We partner with recovery community peers, businesses, churches, agencies, counties, and coalitions to tackle barriers to recovery such as housing, transportation, and access to recovery support for substance use and mental health.
