Wheels for Winners was started in 1991 to enable youth in Madison to earn bicycles through service to their community. We are an all volunteer organization maintaining a staff of 20 or more volunteers and we survive exclusively through grants and donations.
Approximately 200 kids and teens in Madison earn bikes annually by donating 15 hours of community service. Many of our volunteers use bicycles year round as our primary, if not exclusive, means of transportation.
