Whole Kids Outreach

A nonprofit organization

Founded in 1999 by Sister Anne Francioni, Whole Kids Outreach is faith-based, not-for-profit organization committed to addressing the unmet health and developmental needs of pregnant women/teens and children within their family structures.

WKO's Outreach Specialists and Registered Nurses provide in-home health services to families living Appalachian-style poverty in rural southeast Missouri - an area of approximately 5,000 square miles. Our families are geographically isolated with little access to reliable transportation, and simple health services like doctors' offices and hospitals can be 40-60 miles away.

In addition, we host community events and center-based programs at the WKO Center in Ellington, Missouri, such as summer day camp, Mom's Day Out and a Christmas Store.

Whole Kids Outreach operates its programs without payment from families in need of services. Your gifts of time, talent and treasure are deeply appreciates so together we can help break the cycle of poverty and childhood abuse and neglect - one healthy child at a time.
