Wichita Public Library Foundation Inc

Founded in March of 1987, the Foundation was the Library's answer to ever increasing budget cuts. Over the past 27 years, the Foundation, through grants, donations and distributions from the endowment, has purchased your favorite books, movies and music. The Big Read Wichita, Summer Reading and a host of other programs at the Library are made possible with Foundation support. We welcome you to an exciting and vibrant Library community!
