The Wild Fund Inc dba WILD GIFT

  Today, more than ever, we face monumental social, economic, and environmental challenges. We need bold ideas, enlightened leadership, and direct action from the next generation of changemakers to make our world a better place.

We are tackling these problems head on. Instead of focusing on a single cause, we provide support to self-directed individuals who have identified a problem within their community and want to solve it. Their ideas are ambitious, smart, creative and tangible. They are applying entrepreneurial concepts of innovation with the purpose of social good. 

To date, Wild gift has supported 47 self-designed innovative projects in the following areas of expertise:

• affordable housing
• energy efficiency and innovation
• community development
• public policy
• wildland conservation and stewardship

 

The projects benefit local economies, the natural environment, and the lives of tens of thousands of people in 9 countries on 4 continents (including Haiti, Canada, Nigeria, Niger, Kenya, Chile, India, Samoa, Nepal) and 17 states.

But they can't do it alone. With your contribution, we will continue to support these critical efforts with financial backing, professional mentoring and inspiration from the wild.
