Zootah is a seven‑acre, community‑rooted zoo in Logan, Utah, home to more than 40 species of native and exotic animals. Tucked next to the Cache County Fairgrounds, its tree‑lined pathways make it an easy, welcoming place for families, school groups, and visitors of all ages. Guests can meet everything from a  blue‑throated macaw (who is never shy about sharing their opinions) to energetic lemurs and a whole collection of creatures that make every visit feel a little wild. Founded in 1970 and now operating as a private nonprofit, Zootah has spent decades creating meaningful, up‑close experiences with animals that spark curiosity and connection.

Beyond a simple day at the zoo, Zootah offers hands‑on educational programs, special events, camps, and opportunities for the community to engage with wildlife in memorable ways. Whether someone is stopping by for an hour, renting the grounds for a celebration, or bringing students for an animal‑educational lesson, the goal is always the same: to inspire a lifelong love for animals and nature. With affordable ticket options, seasonal hours, and a mission centered on education and conservation, Zootah continues to be a beloved part of Cache Valley’s landscape—inviting everyone to come explore, learn, and fall in love with the natural world.
