Wings of Hope, Inc.

Wings of Hope changes and saves lives through the power of aviation. In the U.S., the nonprofit provides medical air transport services - free of charge - to individuals who need access to specialized medical care. The organization also works in eight countries outside of the U.S., working with a global network of partners to fly people in remote areas to emergency medical care and fly doctors into communities with no local health care. Through its SOAR into STEM hands-on learning experience, Wings of Hope brings high school students into its hangar to expand their knowledge of flight, mechanics, communications and navigation, and engineering. Each five-week session culminates with a career fair and with students taking Young Eagles Discovery Flights. Wings of Hope has a 4-star Charity Navigator rating and a GuideStar Platinum rating.
