It may be winter time, but our minds are on summer! Donate during THE BIG SHARE on March 1st and your funds will help us build a watercraft program at WFU Kamp Kenwood on Lake Wissota near Chippewa Falls.

For every milestone we reach heading toward our $4,500 goal, we'll earn a kayak for the camp! Through the generosity of existing donors, the organization has committed funds to double every $750 raised. Funds will also be used to invest in sheltered and secure watercraft storage.

This expansion of the watercraft program will complement another project that will be happening at the camp this spring to preserve and restore the existing beach. Plans are underway to revitalize the beach area to create a better space for campers and also slow erosion. We'll be landscaping a berm to help keep the sand on the beach and creating a new kayak and canoe launch area so campers will no longer be launching from the beach area when other youth are swimming. 

Help us raise funds for the project, and we'll earn kayaks (plus needed paddles  and flotation devices) throughout the day for reaching the following benchmarks:

Wisconsin Farmers Union Kamp Kenwood and Our Youth Program – The Foundation provides opportunities for individuals, groups, businesses, and foundations to contribute to the long-term support and development of the Kamp Kenwood facility and Wisconsin Farmers Union youth and adult educational programs.
