Women In Non Traditional Employment Roles

Our organization benefits the residents of Long Beach and surrounding areas by providing FREE Pre Apprenticeship Training for women interested in starting their career in industrial training. By training women, we are reinforcing the family structure by providing women the tools in a field that will make them self sufficient and be able to provide for their families. Union jobs provide stability, equal pay for men and women, and benefits for their families. Our agency offers free 11week pre apprenticeship training, case management and job placement assistance for up to 3-5 years after their program completion.
