Women of Dynamic Change Inc

Women of Dynamic Change® is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in 2022 by Sherri Ann Flanders-Duncan. We partner with women as they break barriers, build confidence, heal, live with purpose, and thrive through life’s changes.

Guided by our five pillars—Personal Development, Leadership, Wellness, Spirituality, and Community—we bring education, resources, and meaningful support together to help women move forward. Our workshops provide practical tools centered on wellness, wisdom, and wealth, helping women make informed decisions and take steps toward their goals.

Powered by the Real Talk for Real Life® podcast, Women of Dynamic Change® amplifies women’s voices, providing a platform to share their knowledge, expertise, and lived experiences so other women can find encouragement, discover new perspectives, heal, and grow.

Our recognition initiatives celebrate women’s contributions and resilience, reminding them that they are seen, heard, and valued. Our monthly Dynamic Connections put our mission into action by creating a consistent space for women to share experiences, build friendships, and give and receive support. These gatherings nurture belonging and support mental and emotional wellness, reminding women that they don’t have to walk through life alone.

When women have access to tools, opportunities, and supportive relationships, they are better equipped to navigate change and contribute to their families, workplaces, and communities. By bringing women from diverse backgrounds together to learn and support one another, we help build stronger, more inclusive communities.

Our $1,000 Give Miami Day goal will help cover workshop materials, educational resources, and supplies for our monthly Dynamic Connections. Your donation helps create welcoming spaces where women gain practical tools, build meaningful connections, and find encouragement through life’s changes. Every gift helps women learn, grow, lead, and thrive. Together, we help women rise and shine.
