The vast majority of the world's poor are women, orphans and disabled. Whether on farms, plantations or in factories, they are more likely to suffer from poverty wages, as well as deplorable working conditions, and physical abuse on the job. 

Women make up about 3/4 of the world's poor. Even though they are both the only income and head of the household, they earn a mere 10th of global income. Subject to unstable and dangerous work in cities and rural areas, women are far more likely than men to be unemployed.

In garment factories, women and children make far less than men, who are most often their supervisors or floor managers. Besides making poverty wages, female factory workers are ofter exposed to physical and verbal abuse..

Womens are responsible for the majority of household tasks, raising children, and providing income. Millions of women in the Developing World work staggering hours each day.

Our clients, being the least of creatures, are denied education, training, access to health care and proper nutrition and housing.

 

Womens Future Benefit's primary focus of fair trade integration, education and outreach, supports the dignity to the worker;aides with  financial freedom and independence
