Womens Retreat House

The Women’s Retreat House was founded in Ogden, Utah and opened its doors on December 5, 2007. This dream became a reality due to the faith, courage, and strength of nine humble, faithful, and determined women and men, the founders of the WRH. Thanks to the founders, countless volunteers, and foremost God, the WRH has become a one of a kind spiritual retreat house for women struggling with addiction.  There is a great need in Utah for women’s 12 step retreat services. The WRH serves the purpose of offering safe housing and 12-step focused support for women with addiction issues.  The WRH is designed as a safe haven for women to learn a new way of living, free from alcohol and drugs, with the steps found in the Big Book of Alcoholics Anonymous, and a Higher Power of their own understanding.
