Support the Kim Hebert Community Fund

The Kim Hebert Community Fund was created to support Wood River Health's patients who have needs that extend beyond heath care services. Costs for food, heat and transportation have dramatically risen since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, leaving many of Wood River Health Service’s patients financially vulnerable. Our providers learn about which patients are in need of assistance during regular health screenings. Providers connect these individuals to WRHS’ Community Care Team so they can provide additional support.

Individuals wishing to support the Kim Hebert Community Fund are encouraged to send a check to the address below or donate online.

Wood River Health Service’s Community Fund was recently renamed to honor Kim Hebert, a former patient.  A passionate philanthropist, Kim supported the missions of many nonprofits over the course of her lifetime, including WRHS. Sadly, Kim passed away on April 13, 2021 after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. The fund’s new name was first made public at WRHS’ 1st Annual Harvest for Health Gala, where Kim Hebert’s husband Tim acknowledged the bestowment during the event.
