Every day, our students are encouraged to ask questions, solve problems, build friendships, and develop confidence through hands-on experiences that spark a lifelong love of learning.

At Woodside, some of the most important learning happens outside.

Our outdoor classrooms are more than playgrounds—they are places where children climb, build, imagine, investigate, create, and connect with nature. Whether they're balancing on logs, searching for insects, riding bikes, creating nature art, or working together to solve challenges, children are developing critical physical, social, emotional, and cognitive skills through play.

As a nature-based school, we believe every child deserves access to outdoor spaces that inspire curiosity, wonder, and adventure. After years of daily use by hundreds of children, our outdoor learning environments need improvements to remain safe, engaging, and developmentally enriching.

This NH Gives, we're raising funds to enhance our outdoor classrooms with much-needed repairs, new equipment, bicycles and helmets, and natural play opportunities that encourage movement, exploration, and discovery. Every dollar donated will help create outdoor spaces where children can take healthy risks, build confidence, strengthen friendships, and experience the joy of learning through play.
