Working Ranch Cowboys Foundation

Our Panhandle Gives project is to fund two WRCA Texas Panhandle Scholarships to add to our current scholarship program.

Our goal of $50,000 will fund two 4 year scholarships for the kids of working ranch cowboys in the panhandle exclusively. 

The WRCA Foundation supports working cowboys and their immediate families in times of need through scholarship, crisis, and natural disaster. Our moto is "It’s a Hand Up, Not a Hand Out”.

The scholarship fund is open to working ranch cowboys and their immediate family members. Whether the student wants to achieve a doctorate or be a welder, equine dentist, or hairdresser, we are there to help! We have given 334 scholarships to help students graduate and achieve their educational goals. We pride ourselves on carrying our scholarship recipients for four years, based on the student's eligibility! 

The WRCA Foundation has not only contributed money to help people; we have brought the ranching community together and educated others on the lifestyle and important role of the Working Ranch Cowboy. Our largest fundraiser is the World Championship Ranch Rodeo where we invite ranch teams from across the country to compete and celebrate the ranching lifestyle.
