Workshops for Warriors Inc

Workshops for Warriors® changes veterans' lives by providing them with training and nationally recognized credentials to earn well-paying advanced manufacturing careers after they have honorably served our nation.

Many of the more than 200,000 people leaving the U.S. military every year struggle to find meaningful, living-wage careers in the civilian workforce. Workshops for Warriors is changing that.

Workshops for Warriors (WFW), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit in Barrio Logan, provides veterans with a renewed sense of purpose by training, certifying, and placing them in advanced manufacturing careers. Since 2008, over 850 veterans and transitioning service members have graduated from WFW with over 8,650 nationally recognized credentials. We are proud that 95 percent of WFW graduates are working full-time in the industry across the U.S., many with some of the top companies in the country.
